HKS Holdings is developing Phase Two of the successful Global Water Center. Phase One was completed in August of 2013 and is currently 99% leased.
The Global Water Center is a state-of-the-art water research and business accelerator located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the heart of the most densely populated water-technology business cluster in the United States. The Center houses water-centric global businesses, startups, Universities, NGOs and government organizations. Phase Two is an extension of the first Global Water Center and will build on the Global Water Centers success by offering water-specific office and research space to a similar mix of users. The development will be a historic rehabilitation of a nationally recognized historic Building.
Occupancy is slated for Fall 2016
