The principals of HKS Holdings have completed over $400 million of real estate development projects and have been involved in over $4 billion of structured real estate finance, including over $2.5 billion of structured hospitality financing. HKS Holdings has an extensive and comprehensive understanding of all the complexities involved in a real estate project, from developing, financing, leasing and managing. HKS also has a very in-depth knowledge of tax credit projects including Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits, as well as bond financing. Having successfully completed several projects of each, the principals of HKS are often sought out to speak and hold seminars about the projects and structures. Asset Management
HKS acts as an asset manager on all properties in its portfolio. HKS will review budgets including monthly, annual and capital schedules. HKS handles year end tax matters with the lenders, properties and tax professionals. HKS constantly analyzes each property to maximize returns and property value.
