Tyler holds a strong vision for the progression of real estate development in the United States. Tyler’s in-depth knowledge in each of the facets of development coupled with his passion for deal sourcing, sales, marketing, interior design, and networking has brought him success in the real estate development industry. Tyler is a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Broker, and has closed multiple Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leases. He has been a lead principal in partnerships managing over $300 million in development and rehabilitation of real estate projects, all which were brought in on-time, on budget. Tyler also has extensive property management and leasing experience. Tyler has been the director of leasing, management, and marketing of over 460 units in the Milwaukee area. Tyler graduated from Indiana University where he led the Indiana Hoosiers Men’s Soccer Team to 2 consecutive NCAA DIV 1 National Championships. Tyler made the Dean’s list and Alpha Beta Honorary.
Joe Klein

Joe couples a well rounded understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and deal management with an eye for creativity and function. He has been instrumental in taking an idea and turning it into a reality through his creative yet analytical thought process. Joe’s detailed approach to financial modeling and deal structure has added tremendous value to HKS Holdings, LLC. His experience stems from closing over $350 million of real estate transactions while at Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group. Joe has lived in Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles and has traveled extensively throughout the world. Joe also manages a family partnership with several real estate holdings throughout the Milwaukee area. He asset manages the existing portfolio and is responsible for developing and investing in new projects. Joe has access to capital and strong relationships with financial institutions, equity investors, general contractors, and city officials. Joe graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and was named a Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2014 “40 Under 40” winner.
Kyle Strigenz
Principal HKS Holdings, LLC
Kyle has an in-depth understanding of real estate, specifically the complexities related to capital structuring and development. His main focus has been capitalizing and developing large real estate projects throughout North America. Through his role as Managing Director at a boutique New York real estate investment group and Chief Investment Officer at First Pathway Partners, he has completed over $3.5 billion of capital structuring on real estate projects. The projects encompassed all levels of capital from debt to equity, underwriting and closing. Kyle has also been a lead principal in real estate partnerships, managing over $300 million in development and rehabilitation of real estate projects, all which were brought in on-time, on-budget. He has extensive experience working on projects that include historic tax credits, new market tax credits EB-5 financing and bond financing. Through this expertise, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of all the intricacies of analyzing an investment including development, acquisition, renovations, and recapitalizations. Kyle graduated from Marquette University, and was on the Dean’s list.
